He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton L. Loomis and Anna M. Loomis (Hesling); and his siblings, Allen Loomis, Herbert Loomis and Clara Loomis Porter.
He is survived by: his siblings, Edward Loomis of Girard, Donald Loomis of Fairview and Margaret Loomis Grochulski of Erie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
