He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Lesko and Anna M. Lesko (Groff); and his wife Dorothy M. Lesko (Sursely). He is survived by: his children, Stephen Lesko (Valeria Huya), Eugene Lesko and Margaret McCaslin (Kirk); his grandchildren, Mark Lesko (Randy), Matthew Lesko, Christopher Pearson, Alex Pearson (Angelia), Sara McGovern (Kevin) and Daniel McCaslin; his great grandchildren, Micha Lesko, Jackson Lesko, Wyatt Brown, Zachary McGovern, Abigail McGovern and Logan Pearson; and his siblings, Robert "Ted" Lesko, Jerry Lesko (June) and Joyce Kulyk (Larry).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Edder Family Funeral Home (309 Main St E, Girard, PA 16417). A prayer was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (1001 Main St E, Girard, PA 16417).
