She was predeceased by: her parents, John Pacansky and Mary Pacansky (Vereb); her husband George T. Tuschak; and her granddaughter Sarah Suzanne Bogart. She is survived by: her children, Mary Beth Michael (Jim), Suzanne M. Bogart (Scott) and Tim Tuschak (Ann); her brother Thomas Pacansky (Beverly); her grandchildren, TJ Michael, Carolyn Perales (Matthew), Zachary Bogart (Amber), Alex Bogart, Ryan Bogart, Sam Bogart, Morgan Tuschak, Marshall Tuschak and Kya Tuschak; and her great grandchildren, Lillian, Charlotte, Josh, Cole and Riley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
