He is survived by: his wife Nora F. Platz (Borland); his children, Melissa Williamson (James), Ann Anderson and Charles Robert Platz, Jr. (Lindy); his sister Judy Meaney (Sabol); his grandchildren, Cheyanne, Mercedes, Dakota, Chandra, Dereck, Kayla, Alex and Jesi; and his great grandchildren, Marzipan, Aislynn, Aaliyiah and Andrew. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
