He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Powell and Marie Platz (Ubrey); and his brothers, Larry Skultety and Ronald Powell. He is survived by: his wife Donna Powell (Gehrlein); his sons, Robert C. Powell Jr. (Christina) and Jason E. Powell (Desiree); his siblings, Beverly Grover (Carl), Gail Bayletts and William Skultety; and his stepgrandson Christopher Pace. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Edder Family Funeral Home (309 Main St E, Girard, PA 16417).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Springfield Volunteer Fire Department, 11959 Main St, East Springfield, PA 16411 or the West County Paramedic Association, 6852 Meadville Rd, Girard, PA 16417 Friends may call on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Edder Family Funeral Home, 309 Main St. E., Girard.
