He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew J. Vasilik Sr. and Deborah Vasilik (McNeish); and his great-niece Alivia Westerberg. He is survived by: his close friend Marni Ross; his siblings, Roxanne Mazloa (Tony) and Andrew J. Vasilik Jr. (Lisa); his nephews, Aaron Vasilik (Brandy), Alex "Chub" Vasilik and Adam "Jim" Vasilik; his niece Alyssa Vasilik (Andrew); his great-niece Addie Vasilik; and his great-nephew Waylon Westerberg.
