He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Arner and Beverly Easley Arner. He is survived by: his children, Danielle Arner and Matthew Rambo; and his siblings, Edward Arner, Jeffrey Arner, Mark Arner and Nancy Young. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
