He was predeceased by: his parents, George Chuzie and Elizabeth Chuzie (Bencze). He is survived by: his wife Sarah Chuzie (Albert); his children, Amy Beth Smith (Rob), Trisha Snook (Aron) and Douglas Chuzie (Nicolle); his sisters, Terrie Sargent (Butch) and Susan Benton (David); his brothers-in-law, Bill Albert, Bob Albert (Debbie) and Jeff Chapman; and his grandsons, Justin Smith, Jacob Smith, Caleb Snook, Landon Snook, Nolan Snook and Valentino Chuzie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
