He was predeceased by : his parents, Stanley P. Kalicky and Lucille I. Kalicky (Gilbert); his siblings, Robert E. Kalicky and Christine A. Kalicky (Robin Kalicky-Dunn); his son-in-law Terry Suscheck; and his nephew Jeremy E. Wattle.
He is survived by : his wife Diane Kalicky; his children, Kirsten Suscheck, Kevin Kalicky (Heidi) and Stan Kalicky; and his grandchildren, Peyton Kalicky and Mason Kalicky.
In lieu of flowers memorials and donations can be made to a charity of ones choice.
