He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Mills and Sarah Mills (Thomas); and his wife Alice W. Mills. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Mills of Sunbury, Beth Ann Michalik (Paul) of Girardville and Tammy Mills Morrison (Robert) of Manheim. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, one sister, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
