He is survived by: his spouse Kelly B. Hamilton; his daughters, Andrea Benzel (Rob Jaworski), April Benzel, Missy L. Keith of Moundaindale, Megan M. Furrevig (Keith Furrevig) of Madera and Jennifer L. Keith; his granddaughters, Eleanor Jaworski, Kendra Furrevig and Kayla Miller; and his brothers, Frank Keith of Fallentimber, Richard Keith of Dysart and Daniel Keith of Blandburg.
