He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Donald L., Barbara N. Kiser, John R. and Sally J. Ross. He is survived by: his parents, William H. Kiser and Patricia L. Kiser; and his siblings, William E. Kiser of Glassport, PA and Jordan A. Kiser (Ariel) of Las Vegas, NV. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
