He was predeceased by: his father Bill; and his sister Celia Antonson. He is survived by: his wife Carol F. Moody; his daughter Kimberly Horgan (Patrick); and his granddaughters, Lindsay Horgan Keene (Adam) and Bethany Horgan Miller (Matthew).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Bill's memory to Best Friends Animal Society (bestfriends.org) or Alzheimer's Association (alz.org).
