She was predeceased by: her parents, William Herzog and Janet Burton Herzog; her husband William Blickle (Bill); and her brother William Herzog (William). She is survived by: her daughter Joan Proffitt; her brother Donald Herzog; her granddaughters, Pamela Walls and Stephanie Walls; and her nieces and nephews, Janet May, Thomas Herzog, Donnie Herzog, Cleopha Herzog Chartier and Joann Herzog. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren.
