She was predeceased by: her parent Ridley. She is survived by: her spouse Green Raider (John "Yommie" Costello); and her children, Joe (Karin), John (Patti) and Kerry Mentzer (Tim). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and by twelve great grandchildren.
