She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellwood Illingsworth and Elizabeth Illingsworth; her husband Charles McCarthy (Charlie); and her siblings, Richard Illingsworth and Margaret Osowski (Frank).
She is survived by: her sons, Don McCarthy (Kathleen), Dave McCarthy (Karen), Dan McCarthy (Beth) and Jim Kelly (Lisa); her grandchildren, Kaitlyn McCarthy, Ryan McCarthy, David McCarthy, Sean McCarthy, David Kelly, Lauren McCarthy, Michael McCarthy, Matthew McCarthy and Melissa Knight; and her great grandchildren, Arizona, Roger Knight and Joan Scott.
