He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley D. Hoffert and Anna Sterner Hoffert. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dottie" Hahn; his children, Nancy Ferguson (Thomas) and Ken Hoffert (Lana); his grandchildren, Ryan Ferguson, Lauren Black (Padraig), Emily Hoffert, Abby Hoffert and Sam Hoffert; and his siblings, Bob Hoffert (Tammy) and Ann Brown (Wen).
