With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Gibbs of Glen Mills, Pennsylvania, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 14, 2021 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Gibbs to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond T. Gibbs and Elizabeth Gibbs (Weldon); and his siblings, Pauline "Betty" Fraser, Raymond W. Gibbs and Elinor Marshall.

He is survived by: his wife Claire Gibbs (Noon); his children, Linda Maxwell (Michael), Joan McDonough (Matthew), Carol Primrose (Brian) and Richard W. Gibbs (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Jennifer, Michael, Timothy, Robert, Brett and Derek. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children, Attn: Development Office, 3551 North Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19140.
