He was predeceased by : his parents, Florence Betts Cloud Brosch and H. Lester Cloud; his wife Patsy; and his brother James (Valerie). He is survived by : his brothers, Robert (Jane) and Thomas (Lura); and his children, William Jr. (Kimberly), Kenneth, Patricia Vandenbraak and Gail. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
