Chapman; her children, Phil Chapman Jr. (Beth), Beth Winiecki (Jeff) and Drew Chapman; her grandchildren, Philip Chapman III (Lindsay), Nathan Chapman (Stephanie), Jeffrey Winiecki, James Chapman, Jackson Winiecki, Morgan Chapman, Emily Chapman and Brooke Chapman; and her great grandchild Hazel.

We were neighbors in Heritage Park in Wilmington when our kids were very little. In fact, Wilma babysat my 3 week-old daughter for a week-end when I had to go to Chicago to find a house as we were relocating. So sorry for your loss and so sorry that i did not reconnect sooner.
