It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Large of Glen Rock, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 4, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Huston and Nina Gladys Large (Miller); and his siblings, Robert Marvin Large, Deloris Walters, Dale Large, Kanie Large and Fred Large.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Large (Bortner); his daughter Michelle Marie Purdy (Wva) of Elkins; his grandchildren, Emery Ann and Lena Marie Purdy; and his sisters, Norma Nunn of Turlock and Estelle Hulse of Port St.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Geiple-Predicce Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc. (53 Main St, Glen Rock, PA 17327).
