She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Keeny and Flora Keeny (Lehman); and her siblings, Marie Keeny, Viola Keeny, Ruth Keeny, George Keeny, Esther Keeny, David Keeny, Grace Keeny (Baker), Samuel Keeny, Laban Keeny and Miriam Keeny (Poet).
She is survived by: her husband Samuel K Sweitzer Jr.; her sons, Tim Sweitzer (late Michelle) and Brent Sweitzer (Jamie); her grandchildren, Karah Sweitzer, Amber Clasing, Emily Sweitzer and Lindsey Sweitzer; and her great grandchild Dominic. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
