Forbes; her children, Michael Corbin (Heather), Frank Forbes, Jr. (Holly), Christina Spears (Matthew) and Eric Forbes (Leslie); her siblings, Rob Corbin (Lynn), Paul Noel (Ruth), Bruce Corbin, Jeff Noel (Eva), Mike Corbin (Elise), Scott Noel (Fran), Kim Oates (Glenn) and Steve Noel (Kim); and her sister-in-law Cheryl Corbin. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the North Carroll Assembly of God (2695 Hanover Pike, Hampstead, MD 21074). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the North Caroll Assembly of God (2695 Hanover Pike, Hampstead, MD 21074).
