We are sad to announce that on November 29, 2025, at the age of 76, Nelson Kozlowski (Glen Rock, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alma Kozlowski, (Yeager) and Nelson Kozlowski, Sr.. He is survived by: his son Jason C. Kozlowski; and his sister Sharon Dixon (Marc).
Viewing was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Geiple-Predicce Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc. (53 Main St, Glen Rock, PA 17327). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
