He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter J. Dise and Myrtle R. Dise (Koller); and his son Rodney W. Dise. He is survived by : his wife Barbara S. Dise (Gantz); his son Scott R. Dise (Jill); his grandchildren, Sarah Dise Throckmorton (Thomas Throckmorton, Jr.) and Adam Dise; and his great grandchildren, Thomas III and Bennett Throckmorton.

A graveside service was held on Tuesday, May 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Jacob's Stone Church Cemetery (5152 Stone Church Rd, Glenville, PA 17329).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jacob's Church.
