He was predeceased by: his mother Jennie Kerr. He is survived by: his wife Virginia; and his daughters, Deborah Hadden, Linda Morris, Norma Teta and Alice Donohue. He is also survived by his sons-in-law who loved him like a father; his 10 grandchildren.
