She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Gladys E. Smith (Bedow) and William L. Smith; her brother William Smith; her daughters, Kim Clark (Bailey) of Woodland, CA, Risa L. Bailey of Richmond, VA and Erica R. Pantaleone (Bailey) of Prospect Park, PA.; and her husband Walter Opie Bailey Jr.. She was also cherished by 7 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family also requests any consideration for donations be made to a disabled veteran's foundation of the donor's choice.
