Jean Kennerly Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Kennerly of Glenolden, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 12, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Jean's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Jean's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may she find rest in the embrace of eternity.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Shano and Frances Shano; her son Craig Kennerly; and her grandsons, Sean Long and Jackson Kennerly.

She is survived by: her husband Theodore "Ted" Kennerly; and her sister Frances Keidel (late George). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St John Chrysostom Church (617 S Providence Rd, Wallingford, PA 19086). A Mass will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
