He is survived by: his mother Judith Blair; his children, Ashley Blair and Crispin Blair; his son-in-law William Warkulwiz; his grandson Gage Blair; and his siblings, Anne, Mary, Jim, Beth, Kathy and Ed. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
