We announce the death of John A. Nevin of Glenolden, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 20, 2026, at the age of 70. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert A. Nevin and Margaret M. Nevin; his brother Jimmy Nevin; his niece Jamie Nevin; and his stepfather William Steinebach.
He is survived by: his siblings, Kathy Newton (Charles), Debbie Dougherty (Mike) and Raymond Nevin (Alicia); his uncle Joe Meli; and his daughters, Colleen and Maria. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kevin Lyons & the Marvil Family Funeral Home (202 S Chester Pike, Glenolden, PA 19036). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
