He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Mullen and Elizabeth Mullen; and his brother Bernie Mullen. He is survived by: his wife Judy Mullen; his children, William Miller (Carolyn), Sally Mullen and Michael Mullen (Chelsea); his grandchildren, John, William, Montana, Carol, Lawrence, Sean, Jack and Gus; and his siblings, Mary Gallihue, Betty Mahoney, Neil Mullen, Dennis Mullen, Bill Mullen, Kate DeBarberie, Eileen Green, Nancy Peirce and Jerry Mullen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Kevin Lyons & the Marvil Family Funeral Home (202 S Chester Pike, Glenolden, PA 19036). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
