He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Faulkner Jr. and Letitia Faulkner (Shields); and his brother James H. Faulkner III. He is survived by: his daughter Pamela; his fiancé Kim McGuoirk; and his sisters, Kathi Martin (Ed), Letty Carney (Jim) and Marion Johnson (Bob). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
