He was predeceased by: his parents, Emily Prusack and Frederick Prusack; his wife Linda A. Prusack; and his brother Gary Prusack. He is survived by: his children, Christin Prusack and Michael Prusack (Aurora); his granddaughter Valentina; his sister Karen Lukas (Richard); and his nephews, Richard and Christopher.
