He was predeceased by: his son Paul Baxter of England; his parents, Frank Baxter and Elsie Baxter (Bowskill); and his brother Jim Baxter. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Stevenson Baxter; his son Neil Baxter of Manchester; his grandchildren, Mark and Elsie Baxter of England; and his sister Tricia Quinton (Philip) of Surrey.
