She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph P. "Doc" Buczkowski; and her siblings, Ralph DiLuigi, Violet DiLuigi and James DiLuigi. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Buczkowski-Snyder (Bill), Joseph J. Buczkowski (Beth) and Dr. Janet Breslin (James); her grandchildren, Carmela Weaver (Josh), James Breslin (Ashley Cuda), Lauren Clarke (Cody), Megan Dean (Thomas) and Nicholas Buczkowski; and her great grandchildren, Breslyn Weaver and Weston Clarke. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
