He was predeceased by: his wife Janet M. Stright; his parents, George Stright and Harriet Stright (Schreck); and his siblings, Harry Stright, Sandra Cunningham and Rusty Stright.
He is survived by: his children, George D. Stright (Alesia), Deborah Campbell-Wade and Brian A. Stright; and his brother Ronald Stright (Anita). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
