He was predeceased by: his wife Myra M. Gozzard (Seifert); and his siblings, Velma, Maxine, Dodie, Winnie and Barbara.

He is survived by: his daughters, Myra Bernhardt (Gary), Evelyn Ruck (Scott) and Nancy Littke (David); his grandchildren, Sarah Slagel (Calvin), Steven Bernhardt, Laura Veatch (Mike), Mark Littke and Rachel Littke; his great grandchildren, Anthony Slagel, Natalie Slagel, Evan Bernhardt and Lilly Veatch; and his brother Don.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Faith Lutheran of Laurel Gardens Church, 161 Sixth Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15229.
