He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo A. Arend and Marie G. Bowser Arend; and his sister Denise Clo. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Goetz Davis; his children, Kelley McBride (Dishon), Jeffrey D. Arend (Sarah), Lisa Pierce (Matt) and Brad Davis (Melissa); his grandchildren, Dante, Marcus, Charlotte and Valerie; his sister Phyllis Chism (Bob); and his close friend Charles Bernard.
