She was predeceased by: her father Frank Harlovich; and her brother Frank "Herky". She is survived by: her mother Mary Harlovich; her children, Daniel A. Potlas and Lori Smith (Paul); her grandchildren, Morgan and Austin Smith; and her caregivers, Sue, Heather, Eileen, Carla, Tammy and Gabby.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions in her loving memory to St. Jude's Children's research Hospital.
