It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Joseph Yakich Sr. (Glenshaw, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 30, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Anna Marie Yakich (Zunic); his sons, John J. Jr. (Amy), Mark S. (Susan) and Michael R. Yakich (Peggy); his grandchildren, Lauren Kozlowski (Tom), Kristin Yakich and Michael Yakich; his great grandchildren, Colton and Easton Kozlowski; his parents, John F. Yakich and Doris Yakich; and his sisters, Doris "Dolly" Reuss and Stefanie Barnes. He was also cherished by his family and friends and being "Johnny Yak" and "Pap".
