With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lawrence F. McCabe (Glenshaw, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 22, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Lawrence's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Lawrence's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may he find rest in the embrace of eternity.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl McCabe and Sophie Wincko McCabe; and his siblings, Earl A. McCabe Jr., Stella Dorning, Joseph McCabe, Richard "Richie" McCabe and Dolores Jane Cessar.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Neely Funeral Home (2208 Mt Royal Blvd, Glenshaw, PA 15116). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Bonaventure Church (2001 Mt Royal Blvd, Glenshaw, PA 15116).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to the Wounded Warrior Project (Support.WoundedWarriorpPoject.org) or the St. Matthew's Pro-Life Committee (SaintMatthewPgh.org) – causes close to Larry's heart.
