He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Joyce and Anna Joyce (Abel); his wife Gilda (Canonaco); and his sister Patricia Garrett of California. He is survived by : his son Christopher Joyce (Sarah); his grandchildren, Dominic, Jacob and Eliza; and his siblings, Eileen Thomas (Tom), Jeannie Mitchell (Patrick) and Robert (Brenda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the King Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (2841 Woodland Cir, Allison Park, PA 15101). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Ursula Church (3937 Kirk Ave, Allison Park, PA 15101).
