We are sad to announce that on July 25, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Richard Thomas (Glenshaw, Pennsylvania). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Thomas and Clotilda Snyder Thomas; his wife Ruth Jane Green Thomas; his sisters, Joan Thomas and Marian Thomas; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Keane and Dawn Swidorsky.
He is survived by: his children, Scheryn Bennett (John), Richard H. Thomas, Catherine Davis (John), Marian Stocker (Bob), Joan Vensel (Jim), Jean Keane (Ed), Laura Harter (late Tom), James Thomas (Sherri) and Barbara Haney (Don); and his sister Barbara Mattis (Joseph). He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the King Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (2841 Woodland Cir, Allison Park, PA 15101). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary of the Assumption Church (2510 Middle Rd, Glenshaw, PA 15116).
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to Hope Hospice (https://hopehospicepgh.org) and St. Jude Children's Hospital.
