She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Janet Murray (Smith) and George Murray; her children, Willis and Mildred; her great grandchildren, Alayzia, Mikah, Jasmine and Nico; her daughter Nancy; and also Bruce. She was also cherished by her parents, siblings, two nieces.

Later came the babies that Virginia only saw through pictures and Facetime due to isolation with the rampant COVID virus.
