He was predeceased by : his parents, Ruth Pfeil, and William F. Pfeil, Sr.; and his brother Robert Pfeil. He is survived by : his wife Beverly Pfeil (Mauk); his children, Sandra Mueller (Carl), Karen Letterle (Alan) and William F. Pfeil III (Janet); his grandchildren, Amy Propert (Ted), Carl Mueller (Vanessa), Ryan Letterle (Lauren), Kevin Letterle, Dana Brennan (Brad), William F. Pfeil IV (Kayla) and Brandon Pfeil (Leah); and his sister Norene Broderick. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, his family and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Eloise B. Kyper Funeral Home, Inc. (2702 Mt Royal Blvd, Glenshaw, PA 15116). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
