It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Astoreca of Glenside, Pennsylvania, born in Peekskill, New York, who passed away on December 4, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Astoreca; and her siblings, John Flanigan and Kathleen Flanigan. She is survived by: her children, Kristen (Rick Studer), Amy (Michael DiGiuseppe), Lauri (Rich McCartney) and RJ (Jill Astoreca); her grandchildren, Eric Studer, Kate Studer, Grace DiGiuseppe, Patrick McCartney, Annie Studer, Maggie DiGiuseppe, Sean McCartney, Luke DiGiuseppe, Molly McCartney, Phoebe Astoreca and Lainey Astoreca; and her siblings, Karen Weslar, Joseph Flanigan and Raymond Flanigan.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church (44 Bridge St, Lambertville, NJ 08530).
