She was predeceased by: her brother Norman Blake. She is survived by: her husband John V. Flannery; her grandson Matthew (Rebecca); her great grandchildren, Haley, Matthew, Rhys and Keira; her grandsons, Vincent and John (Megan); her great grandchildren, Brianna, Dean and John Cassius; her granddaughter Angela (Joseph); her great grandchildren, Grace, Chloe, Audrey, Lucinda and Adeline; and her siblings, Ray Blake and Laura Keyser (Steven).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the William R. May Funeral Home, Inc. (354 N Easton Rd, Glenside, PA 19038). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Leslie's name may be made to Walk to End Alzheimer's.
