As we bid Linda Joy farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Linda Joy is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She is survived by: her husband Robert E Custer Jr. (Bob); her sister Deborah Treml; her children, Bob Custer III (Dee) and Crystel Tuffy (John Tuffy); and her grandchildren, Shana Ramirez (Dave), Bobby Custer IV (Ashley), Declan Tuffy, Christian Tuffy and Aidan Tuffy.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Life Presbyterian Church (467 N Easton Rd, Glenside, PA 19038). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Linda's name can be made to the New Life Presbyterian Church Deacons Fund, 467 N. Easton Road, Glenside, PA. 19038.

“Linda was my first friend at New Life. It seems like just yesterday that Debbie brought Crystal to New Life's Sunday school, which Jim happened to be teaching. Because of that Jim and John Johnson visited Bob and Linda. The Bible studies in their home were the highlight of our week. And those camping trips. I remember the first time camping with Linda 49 years ago. As soon as we arrived, Linda took my fussy baby, soothed her to sleep and took care of her for the week-end. Typical of her life!”
