She was predeceased by: her husband Bob. She is survived by: her children, Marybeth Hazzard, Debbie Leonetti (Rick), Eileen Stephens (Tom), Bob Wurtz (Martha), Joe Wurtz, Michael Wurtz, David Wurtz (Shelly), Teresa McGuigan (Sean) and John Wurtz; and her siblings, Ann Wojcik (Lee) and Joe Cahill (Julie). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
