He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne Knapp (Keltz); his parents, Charles Knapp and Irene Knapp (Buonvicino); and his siblings, Sydney, Charles, Mary and Philomena.
He is survived by: his children, Patrick (Maggie), Paul (Marcy) and Loretta Karbach (Dennis). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Queen of Peace Church (820 N Hills Ave, Glenside, PA 19038). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to the American Diabetes Association P.O. Box 7023 Merrifield, VA 22116-7023.
